That man was on earth before the ape and that the ape has evolved from, and continues to evolve from, man? And that mankind continues to regress.

Need a little proof? Just look around you at some of the mindless things so-called humans do to themselves and each other. Look at some of our elected officials and some of the world’s so-called leaders.

When so many humans act more like animals than animals doesn't it make you wonder?

(I'm just kidding here. But barely kidding.)

Haven't you ever heard about the nasty things chimps get up to? They're fully capable of murder and genocide, when the mood strikes them. Hell, they've been seen to torture. Sure, a lot of those particular chimps were under stress at the time, but so are all of us in the modern world. Only difference is, us humans are better at making tools than they are, so we can up the ante considerably.

Humans are not all that special. Everything we do, from the most vile things to the most sublime, has its origin in things that the other animals do. We seriously need to get the hell over ourselves.

It's supposition dressed as science and it only appeals to people who don't understand evolution. Both Homo Sapiens and the great ape have evolutionary ladders that have been identified. The origin of the ape had nothing to do with that of homo sapien. We share DNA, not ancestors.
