Neither, Barbie was too obsessed with herself to acknowledge anyone else and Ken realized a long time ago that his feelings towards G.I. Joe were unnatural at the time so he had to hide his lustful urges towards Joe by being Barbie's lap dog. That's alright, Joe liked his men to be little b!t

Ken was too busy getting it on with Barbie's sister Kelly to notice her at all. He's into the younger scene.

I can only speak for the Ken and Barbie I knew. They were married and he did love her. Although they didn't talk much, you could tell. They were always together, be it driving in the Corvette, or hanging out in the Townhouse. They loved each other.
