You wanted the look where her hair is really layered and she doesn't have any bangs? If so, just ask the hairstylist for a really "layered" look, explaining about how you want it accented at the shoulders. If you want the look where she has thick bangs, well, those aren't too hard to describe either. If there's another hairstyle that you wanted in the video I didn't see another one....
by the way, there aren't any pics that I found. What you could do is pause the music video where you think it makes a good pic, and hit the "print screen" button on your keyboard. Then paste it into a paint document and you have a pic. (You can manually trim around the music video to get rid of the extra crap on the screen.) Hope this helps....
