How do you know you feel younger?
Maybe the way you feel now is the
way 53 should feel for everyone.

Depends... Today I feel ancient. After spending half the night out with CHP officers because one of the officers was deliberately run down by an idiot on a motorcycle then getting up and going in on day shift with more of the officers in the same office I just feel like I don't have any starch left in my collar.

Don't think I'm complaining... I love what I do. There are far, far fewer days like today than there are good days... I just can't understand someone deliberately running down someone else at 80 plus miles per hour. I'm ever so thankful that the officer survived, will keep both his legs and will probably be able to return to duty eventually.

Back to the answer... Sometimes I feel like a twenty-year-old then the next day I feel like I've been, not just whipped but beaten severely with the whole blasted ugly LOG because of that darned fool twenty-year-old.

Mostly younger. Today I have a horrendous cold/flu and feel about 90. But mostly, I feel much younger than my 60 years.

I'm 51 and in my mind I feel younger and want to do many of the things I used to. When I'm having a migraine or watching where I go or what I eat because of allergies, I feel much older.

Oh, much, much younger that (almost) 67.

Age is just a bunch of numbers.

I know people who were old at 40 and some who are in their eighties and are still young (my mother was like that).

I have no health problems, am active (NOT excercise, though), I travel as much as my purse permits - alone - by choice. I always meet the nicest people.

I have never felt my age. Hope I never do.

I am 57, but feel younger, act younger and people really don't believe that I am 57 most of the time.

Normally I feel much younger than my 65 years. Most people don't believe me when I tell them my age. But......as I'm still whining and pouting after my surgery 10 days ago, ( grin) I feel pretty ancient right now. Pain tends to do that hmm?

I just feel like I have always felt. Whether that is young depends if I'm listening to "my music or the sun is shining. If the weather is dark or gloomy and raining I feel old because my body doesn't always want to do what my brain tells it to do. I'm 64 in actual years but most of the time I feel like I'm about 30.
