My grandmother lived in Lebanon, right next to the Vermont border. We used to go to bed at 8, right after she read us a story.

In the summer, which is the time for socialization, people will often stay up till 2:00 am, though most of the time people are in bed by midnight.

They sleep early at around 11 pm. At least early compared to syrians and Iraqis who sleep at 3 am. and wake up at 1 pm.

it depends...but Hopeless I assure you we don't go to bed at 10pm...we go out at 10pm...it's when the night life starts here in Leb
