You need a hollow needle and an autoclave. You won't be able to do it yourself so wait until you are old enough to do it at a clean shop.

The easiest thing to do is to take a normal needle, put it under a flame for a while to disontaminate it (if that's a word) , put an apple behind you area of puncture (I know this sounds stupid, but it gives it support and something to go through but stop in) and just go through your skin. Just be sure to clean your skin before and after the puncture. If you do this properly, it is safe. Me and almost all of our friends did this. Another note is to have someone else do it, not you because they can actually see whats happening.
Edit: I reread your question and realized that this is for your nose which would be a lot different. My way is best for ear piercing. I would recommend getting it done professionaly.

you should buy a sterilizer (found usually in the baby sections of a grocerey store) and sterilize it that way. You use a very long needle--one that you use for sewing---since hygeine.
Why don't you just get a homeless person on the street to pretend to be your parent and go to a shop instead of doing this yourself? Some places really don't care as long as someone is there.

Do not do it. Insist that your parents take you or else just wait. I know its hard to wait when your young but trust me it is worth it when it comes to piercings. When you get things pierced they use a hollow needle and you can't buy those without a license to do so. There's a lot of gross stuff that can happen to the hollow when you use regular needles. Plus for some people, the nose is one of the most senstive places to be pierced and if you put it in an ugly spot you can't redo it right away and you'll be scarred. SO DON'T DO IT.

Why don't you wait until you are an adult to get your nose pierced? What in God's name is so important that you have to get it done now? Are you afraid that if you wait a couple of years, you won't want to do it any more? Are you just dying to have a scar for the rest of your life? Don't you have enough problems already? Don't you have homework to do?

There's no such thing as buying a sterile needle, unless you're talking about a pre-packaged syringe; you just buy needles and sterilize them.
Take a needle and run it through a candle flame a few times; it will definitely be sterile. That's what you do with a platinum loop in a laboratory, after all. Just be sure to hold it with something besides your fingers while you do it; it's going to get HOT.
For the record, I personally think nose piercing is incredibly effing stupid, not to mention NASTY. Why bother with a sterile needle, after all, when your nose is FILTHY?

you shouldn't do it if your parents don't want you to. Plus you have to sterilize your own needle, you have to hold a regular needle/safety pin over an open flame and shove it in. It will probably get infected, bleed, ooze, hurt, swell, turn red, and scar!!!!!!!!!!

Health clinics, like where you get condoms and stuff, have things called piercing kits. If that's not an option, then you can use a needle you have at home. Burn the end of it to sterilize it and use hydrogen peroxide. Good luck and happy piercing.

you can't really obtain a sterile needle unless at a professional place. to sterilze a needle yourself, you'd have to heat the needle, like literally place the needle above the flame for awhile. heating kills all the germs and bacteria.
