Finally, I am the person I have always wanted to be. I like me just fine.

How I look? I am presentable and clean up real good. Could lose 30 pounds but I've come to grips with my hips.

I have a fine grasp of the English language and have excellent verbal skills. I can debate or converse on just about anything. The only problem I have is my voice. My mother used to call my voice a real "hog-caller". It is deeply timbred and resonant. I have had to make a conscience effort to modulate my voice - all of my life. On the other hand, I can make myself heard for 1/2 mile if I want to. Scares the he11 out of bratty little kids-and my own when they were little and deserved it.

I am a people lover - even though some of them drive me up a wall (I have a tendency to avoid them). I am friendly, funny and interesting....in my humble opinion.

I am not a social butterfly. Too many people are too small-minded. I have many friends that I've had for years and manage to find another one or two who are like-minded every year.

I enjoy conversation, dissertation, and expletives.

I could use some 'tweaking' but I think I have arrived at a place that is due to life experiences and I would say that was a good thing.
I am a VERY friendly person altho I can get very roused at stupid things like the trolls on here. But I always offer the hand of peace first.
Looks wise well!!!!. I'm sure none of us are completely happy with how they look. If I could lose half my body weight I would be ecstatic. My health is suffering because of it.
I'm speak very well and I credit that to being raised in a house hold with a very English mother who was also raised by a very English mother. LOL

Let's just say I'm comfortable in my own skin. Think that I'm a nice person and am open to others. Moving to the South has taught me to be more friendly to strangers and to always say hello. Of course I'd be happier if I was a size smaller and back into my favorite clothes...but also know that it's not going to happen any time soon, especially with the holidays coming up. Kind of like the way I talk...it's a mix of the North and South and Mid-Atlantic now, and it always throws people off.

Well, it seems (so far) that my avatar has finally made the updated change. I like how I look (in person), but there is room for improvement. I really need to do something with my hair though! The way I talk ..... I could always use better grammar! Friendly .... yes, I think so.

I like me, I'm a pretty good person, very friendly, I use good grammar and can talk on a variety of subjects. I dislike the way Iook. I am overweight, getting homely with age, and have dry skin. No, I am not going on a diet!!! No plastic surgery either.

It depends on which day you ask me. There are times I like 'who I am' and there are days I don't. I know I can always use improvement. I need to get back to regularly exercising, but otherwise I'm ok with my looks. I'd rather sound a little sweeter, I have a loud, deep voice. I sound very 'country', but that's ok with me. I'm a very friendly person, I never meet a stranger.

I can face myself in the mirror every morning, knowing I have never harmed anyone, never done anything deliberately mean to anyone, unless you call telling the truth and defending yourself mean, that I have always been a friend to people I know and strangers too.

I would like to look happier but the last year has been a very lonely one and it shows .

Am I happy with who I am? No, I need to make some drastic changes in my life, face up to the fact that my kids have their own lives.

I cant be living here hoping they will make time for me in their busy schedules, so I need to get myself a part time job, move to where I can actually afford to live, have a place to call my own AND food.

Its time to face up to the fact that the nest is indeed empty - and a lonely place for one person.

Have grown to what I am over quite a few years, all things considered, there are things about me that can definitely be improved upon. I am friendly but not overly outgoing. I is what I is and this old dog learns new tricks slow.

I'm satisfied with myslef, my looks and I am friendly. I do have a bit of southern drawl and could speak more grammatically correct. It isn't that I don't know better it is just laziness.

Love me - and love me better when I don't take myself too seriously and continuously upgrade - find ways to be a better person. It used to be about me - now it's about how I can use my life to make life better for others too.
