Turkey - Thanksgiving
Party Dress - Birthday, New Year's
Foil Hat - New Year's, Birthday
Paper mache skeleton - Halloween
Many of them could be symbols of or used in other celebrations/holidays also. (:

On the other hand, combined they would make a rather interesting Halloween decoration...or you could write an amusing story with the four of them as plot elements. (:
