As often as the weather will allow it. I work at night, so I get to see the stars and the moon almost every night. There is nothing as beautiful as a full moon that is close to earth so that it looks huge. I used to have a decent telescope, and got to see the rings of Saturn. Truly awe inspiring!
But could a Space Monkey do anything but star gaze? I'm also a NASA nerd. I follow every launch that I can. My grade school brought some Apollo astronauts in for a visit.

I never used to look at the sky but I recently moved to a house with a balcony. Lately I've been going out on that balcony when I need fresh air, when I'm frustrated or upset and I look up at the stars and just breathe. It may take 2 minutes or it may take an hour but just standing there with the breeze on my skin and staring at the stars calms me down. I don't feel as stressed and I feel more peaceful. It's amazing what just a few seconds of looking at something beautiful can do for your look out.

Yes, every night for me. I actually teared up when I saw Saturn's rings, Jupiter, the ISS, and a shooting star for the first time. I just love the night sky.

when i lived in the country i would all of the time. sometimes my dad would bring out the telescope and we'd look at the stars and moon. :)
now i live in the city. :( no stars.
