Man that's a great question, I wish I had an answer for it! Maybe the Jets should get it since they were the team who it was proven the violation was against. Not saying it was the first time, but there's rock solid proof the Jets were victims. **Big D, whether or not they were affected on the scoreboard the Jets were the ones who the Pats were playing when they got caught, by definition that makes them victims, look up the word victim.

Probably just 31 picks. Why would the worst team get 2? THAT would be unprecedented.
But then again did a previous deal give a Pats 1st Round pick to some other team?

I don't think the worst team in the nfl get the pick because that means they get 2 first round picks which will be a huge deal considering how important the first rounders are for football, plus the second to last team would be really mad if that happen lol

The first round will end at 31 picks and the second round will begin with the worst team.

Jets weren't victims. Taping stopped early in the game, no impact to game. Keep making excuses and start wondering why the Jets are such losers. Maybe should sue the Jets for playing so poorly. I think pick is gone and starts with second round on the 32nd overall pick.

nobody gets the pick, that 32nd pick is just skipped. after the 31st pick of the 1st round, the draft immediately goes into the 2nd round.
