Well first off you can buy a letter "e" and second are you lying? Because the letter would still work even if you were missing the letter the letter is just a case covering a little rubber button that you can still press and it will still work and if the rubber part was missing it would STILL work so have un with that.

Yes, if it's just the keytop but for a desktop computer, it's a lot cheaper to replace the keyboard. I have a dozen in my closet from old systems... ;) Go to the local computer recycle center--they will sell you one for $5 or less--new ones are $15.
Laptop keyboards are a bit more...

You'll have to buy the whole keyboard, ive never seen anyone sell just keys. MAybe some of the ebay stores will give you a made to order key...?

Well I can see it is. Call who ever the maker of your key board is they can replace it. I had to have my enter key replaced before. Just go to there website and it should give you a phone number to call

You would need to go to the laptop manufacturer if this is a laptop. If it is a normal keyboard buy anew one.

why don't you just stick a piece of chewed gum onto the empty gap, and with a sharpie label it "E"... but if there is one thing I hate besides the caps lock key, it's LIARS...
