"why do we need to take a class about foreign language don't we suppose to already know how to speak the international language (English)."

Judging by the above sentence, I think you need to study English a lot more! As for the other things, it's called being an intelligent, educated and open minded individual -- something I suspect you are not.

a) why do we need to learn whats a a subject in a sentence is? do we classify the sentence that we will formulate at work?

So you can speak and write in a way that others can understand and respect. Actually, before you learn the subject of the sentence you need some other grammer help. The sentence should read Why do we need to learn to identify the subject of a sentence.

b) why do we need to learn the elements? do we say "please pass the hydrogen oxide near the sodium chloride?"

Because it is important to have an awareness of the world around us and what we put in our bodies. For example, the news is full of information about global warming which relies heavily on science and often mentions the chemicals of concern.

why do we need to learn how to find the missing number in the problem x+1=2? do we need to find unknown numbers when we are at work?

Algebra actually comes in quite handy if you ever have to solve problems where you don't know all the variables. Home improvement projects are a good example. Also just learning how to do algebra builds your mental muscles making you smarter.

c) why do we need to study geography? do we talk about our history during work when we are at our lunch break?

We need to study geography because many American's can't point to the capital of our country on a map (whereas virtually everyone in foreign countries can). News and events that effect your life happen all over the world and all the time. It would be nice if you had some idea what the commentator was talking about,

d) why do we need to take a class about foreign language don't we suppose to already know how to speak the international language (English).

Again, I'll mention that your grasp of English doesn't seem to be that great. But in addition, just because we think that English is the "international language" that doesn't mean that other countries agree. Since the USA doesn't rule the world we cannot force others to learn English. In addition, you should also realize that a growing number of people in the US don't even speak English.

I agree to some extent and yet don't agree. One of the reasons for learning that is so that you are prepared if you do go on to college, but secondly, your mind is a muscle like any other and learning these things is exercise for that muscle. I personally think sports should not be in school since that also is unnecessary to live in the world today. So it becomes a matter of who thinks what is necessary. One thing that may help you with those things though, go to a health food store and get some DMAE. It is a natural substance with no side effects but you will find that it will help your concentration and memory to the point those things will be easier for you.

I think they try to give everyone a variety of things, to see what they like and what they dont, what they're good at and what they're not so good at. That way when they get to a higher level of education, its easier for them to decide what to do basically. Some people like math and geography and will go on to do things with it, others will hate it and forget it the moment they get a chance. its part of being in high school

Knowledge IS power. Power to choose. Choosing one's path in life is a helluva lot easier and lucrative if you know stuff about the world you live in.

Grammar -You have to be able to communicate properly.

Higher Math - Critical thinking skills differentiate us from sheep.

History - To avoid repeating mistakes.

Foreign language - The world we live in is growing smaller and smaller, figuratively.
It would behoove you to learn either Spanish or Chinese.

Geography - It sure would be embarrasing if your future 3 year old knew where Canada is located and you didn't.

Elements - Keeps the gold with those that know and iron pyrite (fool's gold) with those that don't.

Please, stay in school, study, it IS worth it. Trust me.

Education broadens your horizons....meaning it gives you discipline which you will need later on in life to get a decent job and hold on to it. Believe it or not, a lot of that nonsense stuff that seems like a pain now comes up again in the future! You will use it. If nothing else, you will have an arsenal of Jeopardy answers.

It's actually supposed to stimulate the critical thinking part of your brain. Otherwise... it doesn't grow and you definitely will need to do critical thinking in your everyday life.
