I'm not sure if they are but I would believe that every team would? Would Glavine consider Detroit? If the Tigers don't sign Rogers, Glavine could be a replacement. Your thoughts?

I believe that Glavine only wants to pitch for either the Mets or the Braves. So I would think that he wouldn't be interested in pitching for the Tigers. Then again, people have pulled fast ones before.

Glavine does not fit the Tigers.Even if Kenny goes, they don't want another high priced old man--we got plenty of young arms to fill the spots(he would make a good pitching coach for someone!) Tigers need a closer to help Jonesy out.Zumaya might get it if he shapes up good.

I would like to see Glavin back with the Braves & to Georgie Porgie, who says he know everything there is to know about the Detroit Tigers. I guess he knows they lost in the World Series last year to St. Louis Cardinals, didn't make the play-offs this year like he so proudly predicted all year long, hasn't won a World Series since 1985, had to endure all those years of losing 100+ games, 2006 first winning season since who knows when, he does of course. Tigers, a proud tradition.

No. The Tigers are NOT interested in Tom Glavine.

No way Glavine goes to Detroit. If he doesn't get signed by Atlanta he'll retire. He's almost 50 years old and wants to spend more time with his family.

Glavin loves Connecticut and why he took the Mets
Family and lifestyle
Do not think so on your team
Plus he can stink at times.

first of all, hes only 41 which is quite far from 50. second of all, the tigers dont need another inconsistent pitcher that demands a ton of money. They need to go after some bullpen help like the sandman. if on the off chance my tigers sign T.G. i will be upset
