I love flea markets ! In the US, you find very interesting things at a flea market, but rarely anything over 100 years old...
In Europe I would imagine (never been there) you could conceivably find things that are a few centuries old... what fun!
(but I've heard that smarmy old Frenchmen will pinch your posterior, if you're not careful LOL!)
