Should anything be done to the hair , like wear a witch wig ??

Give yourself bruises and scars, with makeup of course, and rip up the bottom of the skirt so it looks like you've been wearing it for years. Mess up your hair and put lots of eyeliner/shadow around your eyes like a raccoon. XD

Have a regular costume but wear vampire fangs and have fake blood and dress the face like a zombie! It'll surely work.

well you could make it a dead cheerleader so paint ure face like whiteish and get some purple eye shadow and put in on the bags of ure eyes have fake blood coming from ure nose and mouth u could even do like a beaten up cheerleader so do a black eye and a fat lip
