Hey girl, it's good to see you drug yourself to the keyboard. I know your in pain but just think about going dancing when you heal!!!! I've been helping my sis and bro with livestock for rodeos that they furnish and hauling horses back and forth to trainers and the vet. Haven't had much time to play and now it's spring break and I have my granddaughter that helps me feed, which is a lot of help. Good to see you back! Remember, when you climb stairs the "good goes up, and the bad goes down". That's a rhyme my Dr. told me when I had a rod put in my leg when I was in a car wreck and I always remembered it!!!

Hi Eve, sorry about holding back a bit about there being so much pain, but I didn't want to scare you too much. But at least your back on here so I know your getting over it. Isn't it great to have the original pain gone? now the post OP pain will get easier as each day passes, make sure you stick with the exercises as they are the key to the whole recovery and your limit of mobility. In a couple of months you will be feeling really good.Honestly. x.

It's you, Eve! Oh, I could just reach through this computer and hug you. So glad you are back and doing ok. I'd prayed for you and wondered how you're doing. Sorry about all the pain. My mom had two knees and a hip replaced. I know you'll be glad you had it done. Take care of yourself.
Welcome back!!!

Welcome back! Many have asked about you on a regular basis. You have truly been missed.
I helped a friend through recovery from two knee replacements a few years ago and his pain improved but it was a good 2 weeks. The exercise he hated put in back in motion fairly quick. Glad the worst is over.

We are so glad to have you back. I do hope you are coming along well. I've missed you, as I'm sure many others on here have too.
I take it from your question that it wasn't the best kind of surgery that you would have wanted, but let's laugh and sing, it's over and we need a "Welcome Back" party for you.
Seriously, you still very much in prayers for a speedy recovery.

Life experiences have no end, some enjoyed some not, &
most certainly recovery from knee surgery "OUCH" and then some, I agree! As well my doctor made light of the recovery, until after wards! with a warm grin. But it is true no pain no gain, as the pain disapears and one has a knee that
works once again. welcome back,

How good to see you, ears and all! Before you know it, you'll be as good as ever -- in fact, better than you've been in some while. The pain of surgery will become a distant memory as you become more mobile.
The voice of INexperience. I've only had arthroscopic surgery on my knee.
Looks like Plum gave you a BIG hug. Me, too.

And can you tell how much we all missed you?! Welcome back...been hoping you'd get on soon! These things are always much harder than we expected, but you've been thru' the worst and it only gets better from here. Just go slow and easy, and don't push yourself too hard. Take care. Gracie

Hello Eve , I hope that you recover quickly. I see the knee replacements where I work and I can honestly say it does look very painful. Glad you can look in again.
