When I sleep, I dream of something that is hard to understand.
when I'm awake, sometimes I see my dreams through things that I found it very familiar. What phenomenon is happening to me?

It is called deja vu. Very common but scientists haven't found a reason to explain it apart from maybe a 6th sense. It has happened to me a few times. You just probably have an open mind.

its deja vu its like when you see something and you say have i seen that before even though ou know you you haven't seen it in real life. this happens to me allot one day i had deja vu for about 2 hours and i kept thinking were have i seen that and later that day i remembered it from a dream about 4 years ago
