It means the company you ordered it from does not have it in stock and they are waiting for a new shipment. When they get their shipment in, you will get your item.

That means I would assume that they are out of stock at that time so it was ordered so they are in the process of getting it .
In short, it was ordered for you.

It means they have processed your order, but are currently out of stock. They will get you one, as soon as they come in.

It means they have more orders than products so they can't ship your till they get more in stock.
