Soft scrambled with bacon and cheese, or sometimes I like them over medium...flipped a couple of times and just the tiniest bit of "runny yolk..." call me weird...I know....

Fried overeasy.Spread some mayonnaise on one side of a bagel, add a slice of cheese and a piece of sandwich meat (ham is good) then place your egg on top. Top this all with your other half of the bagel and you've got yourself a fried egg sandwich ... very yummy!
