Yeah Tylenol PM is always the best.. If I'm on my period and cramping, too. Tylenol PM is the way to go so I can sleep it through.

No, i don't think of 17 credit hours will be too annoying if you're prepared to study and pay interest (rather for a form that you would conflict with.) If it really isn't any longer top for you, then you may see about replacing your agenda, or in basic terms sticking it out. both way, you'll have a more suitable ideal idea contained in the way ahead for what you may cope with.

1) Kick off shoes.
2) Run a bath.
3) Light candles.
4) Large glass of Chardonnay.
5) Veg out in front of D.V.D player.

Works every time for me.

I know what you are talking about. What works for me like a dream is a light dinner with a glass of a nice wine. I follow it with a warm bubble bath and a good poetry book. Half an hour of that relaxes me completely.

Yeah I agree with one of the answers that a long hot bath would help. Drink herbal tea. Eat a little bit of warm soup. Do some light stretches, and lay down and read before you go to sleep.

Take a long hot bath and realax... listen to the radio lay down on the couch and eat some popcorn or cookies, or browinies, or icecream and watch tv

maybe sit there for a while in the dark and think, then turn on the light and read a good book while my feet are in a warm bucket of water with some hot chocolate.
