Because they're the only ones that need to be told what to wear. Their friends wear Abercrombie & Fitch and Hollister, so they wear the same brands. They shop with their friends, who tell them what to buy. Of course they'll need some help putting together these outfits, because they're mindless trend-following idiots who have no sense of fashion whatsoever.
Okay, the idiot part is a little over-the-top, but they need to learn how to be themselves, a part of that is dressing how you want to dress and having your own style, and that comes with age and maturity. Pre-teen girls are just ignorant of what's really fashionable, not what's rockin' the racks at the local A&F. Sure, some stuff there is cute, but you can't wear that brand all the time. And they will find out this, whether it be in a year or two, or when they get jolted when they go to college and think they're soo hot in their new t-shirt from A&F when, in the real world, that's no fashion at all.

haha- thats funny and yeah, ive noticed that, too. i mean, i like abercrombie, but im not a "pretten abercrombie lovin'" kind of person. plus, i don't usually go in the fashion section, i just stick to the main page.

in my opinion I think they feel like they have to wear the latest clothes and shop at the “cool stores” its just sad when I see 8 year olds wearing Hollister shirt when it doest fight her and it goes all the way down to her neighs. I am not saying I hate the stores I just feel that way.

They are in fashion section because they are girls and because they are learning. Why A&F? Beacuse A&F is so mainstream.
