Hey, I need some good vampire lit.! DO NOT SAY THE TWILIGHT SERIES. I HAVE ALREADY READ IT. I've also already read High School Bites, The Dhampir series, and the Rachel Morgan series (I know they're not COMPLETELY vampire, but, you know....).
Please Help! I'm starving for a good book(s), adult or teen!

Laurell K. Hamilton's Anita Blake series, J. R. Ward"s Lover series, Sherrilyn Kenyon's Dark Hunter series, Christopher Pike's Last Vampire Series, Charlaine Harris's Sookey Stackhouse series, Christine Feehan's Dark series.
My favorites are Laurell K. Hamilton, Christine Feehan, and Sherrilyn Kenyon.

If you care for romance try Dark Hunter series by Sherrilyn Kenyon.The books provide an alternate take on vampires.People who are unjustly murdered call upon Artemis(Greek goddess) and she grants them a day to avenge themselves.After that they are recruited to her army to fight against evil.These are romance novels.Best of the series are 'Dance with the devil' and 'Seize the night'.
Christine Feehan is another vampire romance author.But her books are a hit and a miss.Some of them are great,others mediocre.
The hero of the Dresden files book series by Jim Butcher is a Mage.But his brother is a White Court vampire and there are many vampire characters in the series.

Hmmm... well, Anne Rice has some pretty good vampire novels.
Vampire: the Masquerade or Vampire: The Dark Ages aka Kindred by White Wolf also has some interesting takes on vampires. You can do a search on wikipedia for more info.

I used to thioroughly enjoy Anne Rice the first four or five books were interesting in the vampire series also the witch series taltos....interesting

The Anita Blake Series by Laurell K Hamilton, The Dark Series by Christeen Feehan and The Dark Hunters by Sherrilyn Kenyon. I have read all of them and they are really good.

I loved the Cirque Du Freak series. Link in the source. I've also heard that books by Laurell K. Hamilton are good. Also anything written by Anne Rice.

The Darren Shan series, Cirque Du Freak. The covers are slightly offputting, but they're AMAZINGLY good. My guy friend was bugging me to read them and I started reading the first with minor apprehensions, but as ended the book, all those disappeared.

My two absolute fave vampire series r: Twilight!! and Blue bloods followed by its sequel: Masquerade( both blue bloods and Masquerade r by Melissa de la Cruz) i really like both of these!!! hope u enjoy them 2!!!
