Yeah, I felt like that when I stubbed my toe. I put ice on it. Hope this works for you!

Yes, I do. In retrospect, I can look back on those experiences and realize how much stronger getting through them made me. I know that is no consolation for you right now, but it is true. Sometimes you get through it one day at a time, and when things are really bad, it might be one hour or one minute at a time. It's okay to take time out and just take care of yourself. I stayed in bed for three days - it was what I really needed to do when everything first fell apart. When I get into situations I can't control and I feel like I can't keep going, I try to keep things simple. I focus on ONE THING that I can control or do something about. When that is done, I move on to the next thing. I do everything I can for myself first and when I can't do any more, I turn the rest over to God and trust in him to help me. So far it has worked. Just remember - good times never last, but the same is true of bad times. Whether you believe it or not, there are some good days ahead for you. Keep that in mind. Be good to yourself, keep going and may God bless you.

Yes, the pain of losing someone who you love and devoured yourself to is the most excrutiating pain I have felt to this very day.
Everyone will experience pain in their lives whether it be in the beginning, middle or end of their lives. In this world we live in is a bitter place but if their was no suffering there would be no compassion.
I have no idea why you are going through so muh pain but think outside of the bubble for a second and think like this....
There are people out there who are hurting so bad right now. Maybe sitting at a loved ones bed side watching them taking their last breath, someone so hungry they are experiencing stomach cramps or a mother who has given birth to a still born.....the list goes on..... someone is hurting every second of everyday or every year but for diffrent reasons....
Just remember to count your blessings. For the pain will ease in time. You will come to learn that time is a healer and at first I always thought people were saying it to make me feel better but it sure is the remedy to my grief and pain.
What does not kill you will make you stronger. My thoughts are with you in this troubling time but you must remain strong and beat all the odds. Your life is what you make of it but dwelling on the situation will not solve the problem.
A few things for you to do to try and move on..... remove all traces of the pain.....go out with friends as often as possible, go out for short walks, take up a new class, travel for a while... do everything which does not involve being reminded of the pain and most importantly avoid being on your own.
I honestly hope that things wil get better for you soon.
Take care and all the best...

Emotionally, yes. I had to move in the middle of the school year about 4 times already. And I'll have to do it soon. What sucked what that I was in a college prep classes (I'm in high school) and I basically gave up my social life for grades in my 9th and beginning of 10th grade. I had to move, and I don't get anything now. I worked so hard, and for what? I have no college credit now, and my high school credits are so messed up from moving, that I don't even know if I can get all the classes I need in time to graduate. I'm furious about it. I'll pray for you. Hopefully things will get better. As the Kooks say, "Hold on to your kite".

Yup. It's a long story, but one person's deceit really did a job on me. I was at an all time low and I swear, only the dog kept me going. It was a hellish time, and then I realized, I was giving my life away because someone else was a horrible person. That was 4 years ago and I never looked back.

Goodness yes. Until I figured out that I was the one that was making it happen.... and then I got tired of it.... so I figured I would go ahead and be good to myself
now if I hurt, it doesn't feel like life is even near over... because I have the most important in my corner
and that would be me.

yeah, I felt that way about a year and a half ago when my mom passed away from cancer. You have to just keep pushing forward and dont look back, because life has no rewind or fast forward button you can only live life for today and if you can do that, then you are one step close to putting it behind you.

Most of us have felt that way at least once. You need to take the time to grieve the loss of anything that important. And then find some new things to do and places to go and start over. Yes its tough but you can do it.

yes, my in laws have hurt me greatly over the last 14 years. its not easy to get over things when others have hurt you badly. just remember that you are better than they are any day, and whatever they have done to you, you will get revenge back one day. as the saying goes what comes around goes around. just be patient and something always happens to the bullys etc given time.

Try to do something for yourself. Go for a run, a long walk. Think of something anything you want to learn how to do take pictures, paint, draw. When you find the walls closing in you need to find beauty in something.
