1) Is gravity its own law distinct and non volitile compared to the S/W nuclear and electromagnetic? maybe?
2) The [S/W nuclear and electromagnetic] are they interelated while gravity is a force effective with the precense of mass only?

QCD (quantum chromodynamics) unifies nearly everything except gravity. I don't understand the rest of your question.
