Good thoughts in your mind. Then have a positive insights.Make things positive, it is all in the mind.Positive thoughts drive positive energies in our minds. It is mind over matter. We dictates things in our mind the way we do it .I believe It is the attitude towards ourselves that counts. If we plant good positive thoughts then naturally we will earn the positive insights we have deposited.
You don't have to hook yourself into drugsfor it will just brought you a herculean problem within you. You will just destroy your mind paricularly the central nervous system as you will be addictedto it and therefore disturbing the normal course of your body system, Enjoy the nature as it is what requires us to be. Happiness will just flow with you.
Thanks for asking.Have a great day!

You need to have enough curiosity to look for things that
will make you joyful. You need to orchestrate your own
life....not play the notes of someone else's composition.
The next time it rains and it's not too cold, take off every
stitch and sit outside in it, letting the rain really wash over
you until you're soaked and feel more like a plant than
a human. Dance...every day...not to rap or hip hop ...but
find some really inspirational music that pushes through
to your soul. Find a group of friends that seem to be
joyous without a cult's influence or religious theme....
just because they're alive. Kids have this feeling instinctively.
Hang out with some. Never think you're too old to skip,
jump rope, swing or go on rides. Start being the person
outside that you are inside. Example: I had all sorts of
"tasteful" paintings and wall hangings in my bedroom....
and one day I just wanted to put up posters of Hogwarts,
Platform 9 3/4, etc. Got a plush Hedwig....and threw in
some faeries to boot. Now when I wake up, my imagination
starts immediately and I think about what I can do to make
the day really special. You can do it too. Look around,
it's all there...mostly heart power rather than mind power.

I have found meditation to be really beneficial. The happiness that you are looking for isn't the same as the high feeling. The high from drugs is only temporary, and is really more of an almost physical sensation than the deeper psychological, even spiritual, happiness people have when they are "happy people."

you may not believe this, but walking at a brisk pace for a minimum of 45 minutes, swimming, aerobic excercise for 20 minutes, going for a bike ride, all give that same feeling of being happy. i have not come across a SINGLE person who felt happy after taking drugs. when you are not consciously present, what can you feel? it's like saying i was happy while i was asleep or unconscious!!

Your brain is the biggest drug factory in the world. Some spiritual or psychic experiences can be very addictive... reality is the ability to not let yourself be fooled by the chemistry .

what i love to do after a stressful day
is at night when its cold go for a walk somewhere very very quiet or lay down and just watch the sky while listening to your ipod
it really helps calm you down.

Yes, good sex does often do the job. So does running...endorphin high. If I had to pick, it would be the sex though...much more fun!

Feelings in our brain is from chemicals.
When we EXERCISE, we make lots of chemicals;
so we feel GREAT, i.e. "that high feeling people talk about"
When we do not exercise, our chemicals drop, so we feel awful.
Aerobics is the best way to make lots of chemicals in our brain.
