Do you take the answers people send you seriously or is all of this answer and question stuff just a big game with lots of laughs and flirting with other people. Do you care or not if they are married?

No, it is not ok. I would care if they were married. I guess because I have respect for women. If I was in ther other womens position were my husband was flirting online. I would want the other women to have morals and not go along with his stupidities and cheatfulness.

I think that flirting on the internet should be taken with a very large pile of salt. First of all, where the written word is combined with human emotion things tend to become a bit fuzzy.
Every written word is open to the interpretation of the reader: what may come across as flirting may not have actually been the intent while others may interpret that same phrase as being only friendly vernacular. Then there are those that flirt without realizing that that is what they are doing. My husband is often mistaken for a huge flirt yet he is only being his nice, friendly, caring self.
While I haven't asked many questions on here I have taken to heart what others have said; sometimes it is important to get an unbiased opinion. I will admit that I often laugh at some of the answers I have read or received but isn't that the purpose in part of this forum: entertainment and enrichment?
I will step down off of my soapbox for now... A very thought provoking question!

How would you really know anyways if they were married like they aren't going to tell you the truth

Firlting is fine if both know that it is just flirting and nothing more. I mean if you are flirting with someone and you told em that you are married... then I guess flirting is ok so long as you have no real intentions of cheating.

I take the answer or question seriously. And YES I did flirt. NOTICE I said DID. Not anymore. The old lady DOES have a problem with it and she let me know.

Friendly is OK - Flirting if your in a relationship is not a good thing. It would not be fair to my fine young thing. I would feel like a real $hit if I did anything to hurt her!

my wife says its wrong i say its just a way to form friendships and everyone needs friends I take the question that i asnwer seriously and i think most of the people on yahoo answers take the answers they give seriously

pfft!! i suppose it depends on you i dont think anybody would mind ur never going to meet these people (well u could but thats besides the point) but as long as ur willing to let ur hubby/wife flirt over the internet as well than it should be ok =]

...Cmon people....it's just a little harmless fun....My wife knows of my activities in general and vice-versa....so no one is gettin' hurt..! As long as I never plan to meet someone(which is my personal line not to be crossed)...then what's the big deal !!!
