Girls going in suits or dressed as male characters?
Boys going in leotards or dressed as fairies or princesses?
or is that just too Taboo?
I saw some did that at Halloween parties in the past.

Yes it is okay for guys and girls to dress-up in costumes of the opposite gender. It's the one time a year when a boy can dress-up as a girl or a girl can dress-up as a guy & no one thinks twice. I think more guys really do look forward for Halloween so they can dress-up as the opposite gender & wear opposite gender costumes.

Absolutely. Halloween is all about being goofy and dressing up as something or someone that you normally wouldn't dress up as. I always get a kick out of it when a man is dressed as a woman and/or vice versa. It's Halloween, have fun with it : )

i'm a woman and that i'm at as quickly as xD a million. good character 2. Has a great humorousness 3. seems are fairly substantial to me 4. Accepts me and likes me for who i'm and how i'm. 5. Likes/loves hugs :P 6. Honesty 7. Loyalty i ought to easily bypass on xP

Yes, it's ok, but that person probably wants Halloween to be 365 days a year, if you catch my drift.
