Do you mean plagiarism?
It's copying or using someone else work, and passing it off as your own work (without acknowledging the real author). It's unethical and could cause you a great deal of trouble because it could be breaking copyright law.
It's also cheating.

Did you know, that you can go go Google, type Define: then the word and it will give you the meaning, but you have to spell it correct, to get the correct meaning. Try -- Define: Plagiarism
