I think this depends on several different things.

One thing is probably the town, or city, where the trick-or-treat is happening. Some cities have restrictions. Other towns do not.

Another thing depends on the persons. Some Moms taking their kids around trick-or-treating will ONLY take their kids to houses of people that they know very well. The other houses which they do NOT know .. they will not let their kids go to. Lots of Mothers will limit the amount of candy their kids get. Other Mothers do NOT limit the amount of candy, and are thrilled at the-more, the-better.

Some people let kids come to their house until they run out of candy. Some people close their doors after dark, turn off their lights, etc.

Some parents limit the TIME for their kids to trick-or-treat .. which usually stops around 9:00 PM. Some parents start really early in the afternoon, and they may be through very early.

THEN .. there are the OTHER ones .. who never want to stop. Sometimes, teen-agers trick-or-treat .. and they come to doors when the light is off .. plus, they go 'toilet-paper-rapping'. So .. these have NO time limit.

Generally, a good time for trick-or-treating is from 6 - 9.

Parents with little ones usually are done when it gets dark, about 7. Then the big kids come out and trick or treat (with plastic bags and no costumes) until about 8:30.

It would also depend where you live. You should start before it gets dark . It's safer! You can see where your going and those that are driving can see you.
Lets just be honest crazy things happen on this day . When it come to the children you want to be as safe as possible.
If you going to give out candy to the kids be sure you have enough so that you don't have to keep going back to the store.
Let just be honest with ourselves. You can tell ever one to be safe, but there is always some child that is dressed in dark close and you can't see them.Be careful!

They take one hundred to a hundred and twenty days to mature, so heavily isn't waiting for Hallowe'en. they do no longer set fruit o.k. in cool temperature and frost will kill them. Plant them next spring. As to apply them as trick or take care of treats ... Do you relatively think of toddlers will desire to hold a pumpkin around to the subsequent properties? additionally each and each pumpkin plant produces purely a million or 2 pumpkins so plan for the selection you will desire. i do no longer think of there is the form of element as a splash pumpkin patch, one plant takes up a minimum of a 6ft X 6ft area.
