Before you start to damage yourself why not try to redirect your anger into something positive? i know maybe this sounds stupid but make some bread you can beat the he ll out of the dough the more you beat and punch it the better the bread will be . i know this i have done it many a time when i have been wound up and so angry i could spit blood.Another thing you could try is an anger management course this will show you how to control it and how to calm yourself down ,please go see your G.P. get some help before you seriously hurt yourself.making yourself bleed is no answer to the problem it just hurts ,causes scars and can lead to infection if you dont keep the wounds clean, you know you have anger problems so hunni get help NOW !!

Why oh why would you want to do that? What could be so wrong that you would want to hurt yourself in that way?
Why are kids so angry these days? We were angry growing up too. But I would never, ever in a million years hurt myself to get over it. That is not the answer. Hurting yourself will not solve anything, not now and not ever.
Get some help. There are people out there that care, that understand, and you're just a kid. You should not have all this pain and misery on your shoulders. Believe me there is a way out and let someone who cares help show you how. You know the kids help line, start there. You don't have to say who you are and you can just ask for where you can get help, someone to talk to.

I've been a self-harmer in the past and know just what you mean. I discovered a website - www.nshn.co.uk (National Self-Harm Network) which is a charity that that helps people like us. Here are a couple of paragraphs copied from the home page:-
"The National Self-Harm Network (UK based but available to everyone from ANY country: forum topic) has been a survivor-led organisation since 1994. We're committed campaigners for the rights and understanding of people who self-harm. Our priority is to support survivors and people who self-harm. We also support the people it indirectly affects, like family and friends, they can discuss the issue and gain effective support in our forums."
An alternative to drawing blood is to grip ice cubes or to flick an elastic band around your wrist/arm. Both can be painful and give the same kind of 'release'. Don't damage yourself if you can possibly help it. I hope all this helps.

Join a gym - press some weights - hard ones. Do it lots and lots.
Seriously, if you need to release aggression then you need to improve your self-esteem. The "easiest" way I have found to do this is to make changes to the way you see yourself physically.
Most people don't want to go to the doctor and you don't sound like a veteran self-harmer. Improve the way you feel about yourself and you may find you can express yourself more easily to those who are causing you stress.
Its a simplistic suggestion - sorry about that - but small steps to change your body might make you less inclined to harm it.

You're skin is tough,.. I had the same problem and went back to cutting :-s
Try hitting a hole in a wall, and when you're angry upset.. whatever, hit that hole.. Eh.. Try talking to someone or distracting yourself though. Self harm is a bad bad addiction :-/ im still trying to get over cutting.. Been a whole.. 3 days

I am sorry that you are feeling angry......... Can you channel your energy into something positive instead of destructive.
Make a decision to seek the right kind of help, it will be worth it.......could you not find some form of martial arts that you could put your energy into, plus you need to learn relaxation methods honestly do they work.
You are very precious and you need to work thru your anger and ask for help..................I am sending you love from God.

Think about what you are asking here.
Take a step back, think about what is making you angry and try to sort it out rationally.
I would suggest you go see a professional for somehelp and support.
