It is not your rotors, calipers or brake shoes/pads. It is a wheel bearing or bushing.

It sounds like your lower control arm bushings are bad. I had a friend in California with a 79 Ford pickup that had that problem.

Need more info, what king of truck? 2wd, 4wd, lil red truck, big blue truck? Has it been sitting etc. Could be tire, cv joint, does it happen once or does it keep happening?

Get your brakes checked immediately!!! I know it can be costly if you have someone at a shop do them, but it is so worth it. I'm sure nothing sucks more than driving and finding out your brakes stopped working. Ouch. Good luck.

i think a control arm bushng is bad but you didnt say what year the truck is

you need to get it fixed as soon as possible
