What does i am set on managers mean?

i'm guessing this is for fantasy something, and it means that they're league is full of players and cant fit anymore

i am set on can mean 'i've finished my preparations and am ready to go/get started' OR i've decided only to use managers
i.e. they have worked out what to do with their managers question and so don't need more help
