If he's athletic or very active, he's just burning off more calories than he takes in.

Your metabolism is REALLY high at 15; however, if he KEEPS eating like that, it will eventually catch up to him! My older brother was tall and skinny when he was a teenage, and we would call him "Mr. Hoover," because of the way he sucked down food. Now in his 40's, he is really big and fat!

Most likely high metabolism. He could also exercise alot. I don't think you should worry. If you think something is going on(an eating disorder) you should talk to your parents or school counsler. Hope this helps!

it's called having a high metabolism, and i hate all you losers out there that have it. it just means his body can process the food faster than someone with a slow metabolism, so it doesn't stick around. usually men have a higher/faster one than women, unfortunately, and the older you get, the slower it gets. that's just how it goes.

It's normal for teenage boys - my brother was really skinny, like a skeleton, when he was 15, and now he's older he's a bit of a fatty.

Some people have a higher metabolism than others. I am thinner than my sister and have always ate twice as much as her.
