On Monday I had an intense Claustraphobia attack. Ever since then I have been having serious onsets of intense anxiety. Anxiety that I can not overcome. Do you know of any ways to overcome this and get on with my life?

Hope you get into some form of therapy! I started experiencing those with extreme breathing difficulties. I was in a marriage and feeling trapped, but the underlying problem was formed when I was a very young child and locked in the bathroom when angry or crying--protesting in other words and defying another's demands. Revisiting those early events with a good therapist helped me work through the fear of those early events--thereby freeing me up to stand my ground in the marriage.--------Other forms of claustraphobia can come from having forced oneself to stay in relationships that are damaging or work that can be damaging to oneself. The self-preservation element takes over to prevent us from going to that work/activity by making us so fearful, we can't get out of the door. Professional exploration of both of those orientations can be very productive. Also, often involved is a poor nutritional condition and should be explored/remendied sp? Good Luck.

That has occurred to me too, I used to be within the force via line for Dunkin Donuts and it used to be relocating very slowly and I acquired a panic assault. I believe its given that there are autos in entrance and in the back of and say I needed to get out speedy because of an emergency I could not and that is what freaked me out.
