Definitely HATE, they are just so overrated that people expect them to beat the spurs, when stats from the regular season and the past have shown us that defense will crush them now and forever, it is hilarious that the one year they didn't have to deal with San Antonio, they end up losing to the spurs state rivals, the mavericks, a team everybody keeps saying the suns can beat.

Your not the brightest star in the sky are you? When the Suns lost to the Mavs they were missing Amare Stoudemire. I may be going out on a limb here, but if I were missing my lead scorer, rebounder, and shot blocker for the year I doubt my team would function the same. Not to mention the ONLY big man the suns had. Kurt was hurt too.
Think before you answer dude, actually let's take baby-steps, Just try THINKing. Also, the suns play like the warriors in a better, faster, more efficient way.... If the Warriors can beat the Mavs; the suns will have no problem doing it to.
Anyhow, I love the suns. They are fun to watch. More so then any other team, although the Warriors were fun to watch in the playoffs. I think they can get the championship this year. Last years finals were horrible, who the hell reffed? Did they find people off the streets? In a fair 7 game series they will take the spurs in 7, but I think it will be close.

Wouldn't say hate, but dislike them yes!
They will finish 3rd behind the Spurs and Mavs. The Spurs actually have most of their championship team returning this season, that has never happened for them before. Their starting five will remain the same.
Offensively, the Suns are a great team, but all around great team, NO! You have to play some defense, they don't play defense, they only try to out score you. Have they learned nothing from the past few seasons, run and gun or controlled chaos doesn't win titles.
Give me a break, Tim Donaghy only reffed one game in their series against SA. You still have to win 4 to move on and if you go back and check the box scores, game 4 of the series went the Suns way completely. Give it a rest! The Suns will never be considered one of the best franchises until they actually win a championship. My gosh they have only won the Western Conference twice!
No one remembers what you did in the regular season, they only remember the post season. Kind of like regular season MVP is forgotten after the Finals MVP is awarded.

I live in Phoenix and I love them. Steve Nash is amazing. He and Shawn Marion are like telepathic. I love it when Steve Nash drives to the rim, then throws the ball behind his back 180 degrees, and Shawn Marion is on his left side along the baseline, ready to dunk it in. Have you seen this video of Steve Nash playing soccer? http://youtube.com/watch?v=AXoiEDs_a0E
Here are some things I think the Suns need to win a ring:
1. Give Leandro Barbosa 5 more minutes and 5 less for Steve Nash. Barbosa is the next floor general, and he needs the practice. Plus, Steve is getting older and he has a back condition.
2. Refs need to start calling it when Amare gets fouled. Every game, there are about 2-3 occasions when he gets fouled and the refs don't catch it.
3. Raja Bell should watch his defensive moves. He can definitely get a DPOY if he controls his finger techniques (e.g. grabbing other players' jerseys and reaching in/pinching them) when he plays defense. A not-so-nice referee would call a million fouls on him every game. He should stay a little more out of the gray area, and he'll be amazing.
4. Mike D-Antoni needs to chill out. He gets more technical fouls than the whole team put together in the playoffs.
Phoenix is an amazing team and I want Steve Nash to win a ring before he retires. He really deserves one; he had to overcome his back condition, "white people should play basketball" comments, his size, etc. It'll be sad if he doesn't make it.
But Suns fans drive me crazy sometimes. Every team has rude fans, but in Phoenix it's a little different. In Game 5 of last years Spurs series, Brent Barry got spat on and cursed at by a bunch of old people. What the heck? He had zero involvement in the game 4 scuffle. If any team forms some bad blood with the Spurs, I find it hard not to question the integrity of that team.

I trust u on something I'am a Phoenix Suns fan and Mike D'Antoni ought to be fired through fact would not have self belief in protection and he do no longer even play the bench gamers. additionally you're astonishing regarding the Joe Johnson deal yet Joe needed out of Phoenix and it wasn't no longer something the Suns ought to do approximately it. As for the destiny i don't be attentive to through fact while Steve Nash retires its goin to be difficult to get some youthful expertise in right here through fact they traded a number of there draft ideas. they could desire to offer the ball to Amare Stoudemire greater. Jeff Van Gundy may well be the perfect in effective condition for the Phoenix Suns. additionally they could desire to make a commerce for a great guy. Steve Kerr is doin a competent pastime its basically Mike D'Antoni is the difficulty.

Love. Prediction: They're going to win their division and be the #2 seed. Record: 61-21 or 59-23. They'll win in the first round but either lose in the semi or Western Conference finals to either the Mavericks or the Spurs.

Phoenix will be #2 in the Western Conference this year..;;
only because Phoenix isn't only good team in Western haha...
Mavericks and Spurs... Mavericks would go all the way as long as they don't face warriors in the play offs lol.
I'd like to see them in NBA Finals though..

I'm a lakers fan so I hope the Suns are horrible, but they're not. I say they'll be third in the west behind Dallas and San Antonio

They'll make it far, and if they make it to the Finals, I think they have a fair chance of winning it. As good as their run-and-gun offense is, they are still facing some tremendous teams. Their defense also leaves things somewhat to be desired.
