I've build it, and put the foam o top of it, to sit on it or to lay down, but it's not strong, it feels it's gonna break down. When I sit on it it goes from eft to side, as if it's gonna break. It was straight, now it feels as if it's loose. The side part is plain 3 pcs of wood 24"X 28" and the sitting part is 24"X60" (1pc) cn I fix this problem, I wanted to have the clean look that's why I did not put anything underneat it. These plans are not attractive but they will show you where you may have not properly braced your bench

If you are planning to start on your woodworking project, this isn't something you should use, it's something that you would be insane not to. Go here https://tr.im/2AO3H
Truth is, I've been a carpenter for almost 36 years, and I haven't found anything like this for less than 10's of thousands of dollars.

I would cut two triangles like those at the bottom and screw them to the bench, so that a point if going along the seat, and the other two points going up and down.
If it is only a 3/4" board I would attach a 3" x 1" underneath the sea, so it will not sag with your weight.

You need a gusset or 2. A gusset is a right angle triangle which you place under the seat and against the leg(making sure the corner of the gusset is firm against the wood also in the corner. Screw it to the seat and to the leg. That will stop movement in one direction. You may need to place another one somewhere to take care of back and forth wobble?
Make a gusset by cutting a square or rectangular piece of wood into 2 triangles.

if you want to keep it from swaying side to side you will need to add support to keep the 90 degree angle intact

this can be accomplished with four sturdy corner brackets that can be purchased at home depot or lowes for about 95 cents each

personally i recommend that you add a dual cross brace acoss the backside

well, what you can do is put a brace under it and put a cushion on the bench. Then you can cover it up with something like a blanket or cloth with a stylish design to cover it up.

I have trouble picturing it from your description.
Corners have to be braced & connected 3 ways.
Go look at some samples in furniture stores.

You need to brace it.

Without a back or any cross braces it will end up folding on itself.
