like a real witch to me.... He is thinking of calling her on it- but just asking why she is "mad" at me..... Good idea or bad? I kind of think she will just start acting worse and things could get more tense.....

She's just sick with jealousy. Not just that he has a thing for your man. She is obviously jealous of you. So, don't let the crone bug ya. In fact, do just the opposite! When you know your gonna see her, make sure you stand confidently, do girly stuff that WILL bug her. Like giggle, twirl your hair, bend over in front of her (showing cleavage or booty). Run your fingers thru your hubby's hair, touch him on the bottom when she's lookin' and whisper something naughty in his ear while she's all eyes. And in her presence, avoid eye contact with her as if she was a homeless man begging for change! It will make her feel not so important, and you will surprise yourself at how empowered you will feel!!!!!

I think it he calls her on it things will probably get worse for him. I can't really say what should be done in this situation but I do agree that things will more than likely escalate into something worse if he calls her on it.

Bad idea. Just wait for her to make a move on him...then let him say something. Especially if she tries to demote or fire him afterwards, once she is rejected.
