If you quit your job you cannot receive unemployment benefits. If you are let go because your performance was not acceptable (example, absences, poor work), you will not be able to receive unemployment benefits either. Think about this really well; unemployment benefits will give a small fraction of what you'd normally earn. And this money is paid to you before taxes, so at the end of the year you'll end up paying more taxes on less money than you would get if you worked. Perhaps consider finding another job where you'll be happier.

In MOST places, you can't draw unemployment unless you were fired. Even then, if you were fired "for cause", you are usually not eligible. IF you quit because conditions in the workplace were intolerable, there MAY be an exception. A more detailed answer requires knowing WHERE you are. Laws vary by location.

Not if you quit. Unemployment benefits are for those that are let go from their job through no fault of their own (i.e. layoff).

Generally no, if you quit. Under rare circumstances there can be exceptions to that.
