My ( German) girlfriend once handed me her whole month's
salary, I thought this was really sweet and trusting of her, as we had only known each other for 2 weeks at the time. I added my
salary to hers - and we had a fantastic 2 months holiday in The
Algarve ( Oporto) and we then travelled back to UK where she
studied English language.

well my ex.....he put a poem on my front door attached with a rose. when i opened the door he had roses and my favorite colors in robbon leading up to my room (soft yellow and blue). At every turn was another poem leading off the last. When i got to my bedroom door was the 11th rose with the last peom. On my bed was another dozen roses. (2 years together) and a very beautiful card. I didnt know until he asked when i wanted to leave, but underneathe my pillow was Rascal Flatts tickets for that night (V-day) I was SOOOOO happy!!

Im single at the moment but my ex went out to the woods and broke open rocks with his bare hands to get at the crystals on the inside to make a necklace for me :) then he said that it might be pretty but it was nothing compared to me lol

She wakes up early every day, feeds the dogs, makes us coffee, makes us lunch, and then wakes me up.
It's the little things like that that I appreciate the most.
(BTW I'm not a lazy slob, I do the cooking, grocery shopping, the yard and the cars)

Stayed with me. I went trhrough some rough health issues, therefore emotional garbage. He kept reassuring me that he was like metal shavings, and I was a strong magnet. He said I'm here.... forever....PERIOD.
