I completely agree with you, sista... it seems like every other day, something causes cancer, something is bad for you, blah, blah, blah... it's just a little bit much... the media seems to thrive on bad news and it seems to get worse year after year... I think what might help is a little dose of common sense a whole boatload of grains of salt!

Never. Grew up in the fiftie's. Still don't wear a stupid helmet. We used to play neighborhood tackle football and no one wore a helmet or pads. We would have a few fights as well. Gee, no one pulled a knife or had our older brothers do a driveby shooting either !!!
We used to play hardball baseball and someone would get hit. We didn't pull a gun and shoot them or their family. Oh yeah-never even was a baseball helmet.

i think worrying about worrying is too much worrying. if worrying doesn't help you, why do it? helmets keep you safe, i see no need for the padding, if you like coffee drink coffee, its no worse than fatty mcdonalds. but worrying about every little thing, and then worrying that your worrying too much- is too much worring, dont worry though, everybody does it. =D that was fun, i probably used that word like ten times. lol.
