Well I never thought they would get passed the QF stage so this is bonus time. If England are to win we have to 'kill' the game as a spectacle. It will be a tense and tough affair. If the Boks get any room they are such a good functioning unit as pack and backs we will just not be able to keep them out. We have to do what we did against France and Australia and simply not let them play. The boks are looking really good but if we can get under the skin a bit and force a few errors then indiscipline might creep in and disrupt their game. We have to do this at the scrum and line-out and disrupt clean quick ball. But even if we do I can't see us getting far enough ahead to play with flair.
Prediction SA 15 England 18 all pens and DG's.

If we don't hold them? 37-- 15 to SA

No. I am sorry for England, but with all feverish patriotism aside, I have to honestly say that even their beloved Jonny is playing below par. He has not come anywhere close to Montgomery in this Tournament as far as accuracy goes, so if Jonny is England's hope for a miracle, it simply wont happen.

However, England has a very powerful forward pack, close to matching the Boks and that may impact the scum in England's favor. That is the Boks only weakness though and wont be enough for England on the day, having also to deal with a powerful, fast backline that also know how to play variety Rugby.

England will not be able to compete in the lineouts either as Boks are far superior there.

So really, Springbok victory is most likely and as the only undefeated team in this W>C> also most deserved.

Will be a great game to watch but the Sprinboks are a handful not so much brawn but speed and a unique intelligence of the game.Guess it will be down to Johnnie but then this guy Montgomery matches him easily.Looks like England will lose by at least 15 points. But then we have a real star fighting it out in Brazil on Sunday and all on his own you guessed it our new superstar Lewis Hamilton.Get the hammer down lew.3 major events in a few days at least lets get one out of the 3.

Not a chance in hell!!!!! England has snaked their way to the final by penalties mostly and should consider themselves most lucky and privileged to face the Springboks.

Am I the only Saffer around here or what???

I'm afraid Lew is ur only hope for a bit of pride this weekend.

Seriously maaaan England bend over, cos Brian Habanna is about to take over!!!

No South Africa should win..Laying England at 2/1 or backing S Africa at 4/6,seems generous odds on South Africa, think weight of patriotic money has not reflected true odds..

If you are English, then why not ! South Africa are strong and it will be a good hard game. Watching the Tv this evening it was great to see the fans of both teams in Paris enjoying and behaving themselves. Good luck to both teams . . . . but perhaps just a little extra good luck to England !
