well sure it is! im the same as you, as in size and age! only i weigh 100 pounds. that is perfectely fine. if people are teasing you about it just ignore it because their jealous. plus if you dont like that size, its not your fault! its in your genes. how old you are when you get your period and start growing is mostly gonna be like the same age as your mother was ! ( im not blaming anyone)

yes, you haven't finished growing yet so they may get even bigger. you won't stop growing until you are in your 20's and even after that,with weight fluctuation and age causing your body to change. you will find that your bra size may go up or down at anytime. when you have your period they will seem larger and that is normal. so really don't worry about your bra size it's not a big deal your still young and growing. the best thing i can tell you is to not compare yourself to the girls around you because everyone is different and develops differently.
