If you aren't willing to clean up vomit, sputum, blood, bed pans, ostomies or do dressing changes then I wouldn't suggest nursing... there aren't any no-no's in nursing. You will have to deal with all of it during your clinicals at least.
I can honestly say that stuff grosses me out too, but I got over it pretty fast working with it 12 hours a day.

Cute-mom made an edited comment, that this subject triggered an emotion. That's exactly what I read in all the posts except for 3 or 4. Emotional responses. That's OK, its the way we are wired. My 1st response leaned that way. We react to the social mores and training we have had poured into us over the generations. Most are good, (whew!) in that we learn from mistakes and begin programming our children in conduct and behaviors acceptable to our times, and conditions. Incest is nothing new to our species, its just rife with issues we are ALL aware of. It speaks to a level that is spiritual and psychological. That's a tough mix. My thoughts are not approval of this couples behavior. Oh no. This isn't my cup of tea AT all! LOL! But they are full grown adults, and the whole issue of the law 'watching' them is of some concern. Even disagreeing with the idea of this, I do think there's a point where we don't want the media hyping- judging- or investigating what consenting adults do with one another. It creates a 'moral' police reaction. Where even the idea of different is banned. The thought of the police managing our morals is actually a scarier idea than two adults being weird.

There are many fields in nursing aside from being in the hospital.. There is community nursing, wherein you do follow-ups on your patients in their homes who are in their restorative phase or in non-life threatening situations. There's occupational nursing, or being a company nurse. There's also academic nursing, wherein you practice your profession as an instructor for nursing students.. and the list goes on and on..
Hospitals may have lots of gore and sickening messes but the pay is better than good compared to other fields, especially if you are a specialist on a certain area. Like being a nurse anesthetist and the likes..!

Maybe you can be the nurse of a general practicioner or a reception nurse at a hospital. I don't think those are too bad.
