Sorry, What does the abreviation SLS in Cadillac SLS mean?

SLS = Seville Luxury Sedan

The STS is the successor to the Cadillac Seville. That car used the STS name, standing for "Seville Touring Sedan" on upscale performance-oriented versions from at least 1988. In 1992, Cadillac split the Seville line into STS and less performance-oriented SLS (for "Seville Luxury Sedan") trim lines........

The CLS is a 4 door Mercedes-Benz model positioned in their line up bettween the E-Class and S-Class. It is a "4 door coupe," according to Mercedes. Cadillac produces/sells the CTS, STS, and DTS sedans in The U.S. I'm not sure what models they sell in Europe. And to shock some here...Cadillac competes and often wins against Mercedes, especially in recent quality and owner satisfaction tests. I do have to say I'm more into BMWs and Porsches than Cadillacs and Benzs.

There is no Cadillac CLS, maybe you mean CTS. The CTS is for Classic Touring Sedan. The CLS is a Mercedes and that is Classic Luxury Sedan
