You've heard of the film "Blue Water, White Death"? How about "Hot Water, White Suds"?

or just, Hot Suds.

You could have a lunch counter on the side and call it "Suds and Spuds".

Actually in my town, which is a university town, there is a laundromat that has a bar in it, where people can have a brew and watch TV sports and whatever while their clothes are washing. It is very successful, but would require a lot more licenses and oversight than just a laundromat.
