Well I think that sometimes it is and sometimes it isn't and sometimes it is something in between. But also it is a good thing for a woman to cook nice meals in the kitchen for her children and husband. Van Morrison speaks to some of these issues in a couple of his songs. Did you know that someone recently hacked into his web site and issued a press release stating that he had just had a baby with his manager, but then Van Morrison himself issued a statement proclaiming that he had been hacked and he didn't have a new baby and that he was happily married to his wife. I read about it on some web site but I can't remember what it was, it might have been CNN but who knows. I like to read CNN, it makes my day joyful. On another topic, I never really cared for Pat Benetar. I hate the love is a battlefield song. Duran Duran I can stand, but only in small doses in certain situations. Do you really think Van Halen and David lee Roth are easily mistaken for each other? I don't think that is true at all. It really was fun to catch up!

At their most intense on their best night,
rockin' and rollin' and with her lovely
face 'n body 'n classically-trained
voice, the BenAtar bunch is a good thing.
Memories and feelings will always
happen, because they're a heartfelt set.

However, they do not TRANSCEND.

Duran2 produces an ethereal strata,
swirling amid and through the listener.
The tension they create is more than
just good times and little spots of
meaningful nudges among fans.

There's an otherworldly promise they pose,
and the delivery thereof not only is unspoken,
but is left up to the audience, to take upon
oneself, out into the life we live.

Sounds like stuff of Promo-man, I know, but
if you love music, consider the biasedness
of each reviewer.

See, I'm merely a fan of Duran2's music,
and have Always said their BEST output
has never been on radio. Too bad so much
Great Music escapes so many people.

Both...depends on the mood.

They both provide different types of music.
Pat Benetar is more.......life, crisis
Duran Duran is more.........fantasy
