who stole it for you?...leo di'caprio was it for me, yes looks wise but acting wise,he just keeps getting better,and the film,i thought was excellent,scorsese defo deserved to win at last!...not the best film in history but nevertheless,a very good one..what dya think?

boyfriend loved it. I cant watch anything with Leo in cos think he looks like a brussel sprout, or cabbage.

Gotta give it up for Mark Walberg! He really shined here! He's been in so many deverse movies lately. When he first went from modeling to rapping, me & my friends loved making fun of him! Then, when we heard he was going into acting we laughed really hard, ehr until we actually saw him act (in 'Basketball Diaries(again with Leo)). Even the few bad movies he was in, he was still excellent ('Rockstar' anyone?). He was a famous model and good for a quick joke. He was a short-lived rapper. And still quick for a good joke. But, when he turned to acting, he was and is to be taken seriously. You can tell that's where his true passion is and he gives each role he plays 1000%.
'The Departed' was very grim and cold. After I watched it, I was really pleased with the entire experience. Then, the next night I watched 'Blood Diamond' and was even more pleased. I'm glad Leo did both movies. The last few movies he's done haven't been that great, even if he was. I want to see DeCaprio work with Johnny Depp again (and NOT an action movie...lol) ;P

Loved it. I thought the mood was excellent and the dialog dead on. Scorsese almost never disappoints me. Since I live near Boston I totally felt the realism. All movies about the "other side of life" intrigue me. "Eastern Promises" was even better. And Vigo is a excellent in everything he does.

in my view, that's the randomness of life. That we are all basically feathers interior the wind and we blow the place our destiny takes us. keep in mind that interior the initiating of the movie, the feather became blowing and on the top of the movie, huge Forrest became with little Forrest and that that they had come finished circle. Forrest's finished life became a chain of incredible activities. Synchronicity. He basically surpassed off to be status interior the incredible place on the incredible time. No making plans on his section. He became no longer attempting to do each and all the flaws he did. they only... surpassed off. like the feather blowing interior the wind.

Amazing film! They were all great, Jack Nicholson (pardon any spelling mistakes there), Matt Damon and dear old Leo... The last two were pretty easy on the eyes too :D Loved it, loved it, loved it! And I'm not really a crime thriller watcher!

]Everything about it was great. the end sure did throw me through a loop though! I think I was physically shocked when everybody was dead within seconds! I kind of liked Damon as the bad guy pretending to be good too. He should try more bad guy roles.

i havent seen it yet, i was meaning to watch it, it has been on sky movies all week, il have to watch now if you think its good, leo was pretty fat not so long ago till he got in shape for this role, women cant have every thing, they want a guy whos there for them and has a great body, but moan when hes down the gym everyday, if u want him to look good u have to accept he cant be with you all the time, sorry im rambling again.

I love this film and have seen it a few times. I just think after all the complex story lines that the ending was a bit rushed, what with everyone shooting each other.

I'm usually a huge Scorsese fan, but there were holes in this plot the size of Canada, and I just can't get over them. Jack rocked though!
