I think only you can decide if they're real or not, at the very least chances are that they're real.
However, if you can answer yes to one of these you may have fake teeth, kind of like George Washington!
1. You're getting older and didn't take such good care of them when you were younger.
2. You enjoy getting into fist fights.
3. You play touch sports but don't often wear a mouth guard.
4. You ask stupid questions on Yahoo! Answers.
5. Your an orphan and have known amazing skills like how to pick locks and hack into computer since you were super young.
6. You have a genetic defect that gives you brital enamle.
7. You are 15.
Aside from that I think it would be a good bet your teeth are real!

Indeed they are if you still have your original ones and haven't had drastic dental work. Your teeth are made calcium which comes from your food such as good leafy greens and such. So eat more and live long and prosper.

oh come on didnt your mum tell you the story about when your mum and dad did it ,the tooth fairy gave a visit and said how long did you take to your dad, and he said 25 minutes so that is how many teeth she gave you be thankful i know someone who has bloody 30 teeth and sticking out so b thankful your dad didnt still have a stiffie when the tooth fairy arrived.....
