The only way I can is if my nose syicks out, to breath fresh air.

Same with me,I cannot have covers over my face.I must have covers all year long,cant sleep without being covered.On the other hand my dog lays way under the covers.(guess it doesnt bother him).

Easy one for me! I have to have the landing light on for me dad in case he gets up in the night - can't leave my bedroom door shut in case the dog wants to get down the stairs because the cat might be looking at her Bonio the wrong way. So being under the covers is the way forward for me!! Fresh air? I go without until the morning unless I stay up all night or leave my McCanns open. Sorry, shutters. Please don't say leave your dog downstairs. She is more faithful and understanding than most people I know, so the bags under my eyes and the gasping for fresh air at 3am are more than worth it.

I agree with the first answer I need fresh air. I am bad for leaving all windows open EVEN in the winter. I need fresh cool air.

LOL. yes, of course some of us can accomplish the feat of sleeping completely covered in blankets. They aren't air-tight ya know? But I, like you, almost always stick my nose out so i can get some fresh air... :-)

Lol. For some reason I can sleep with my head under the covers. I can fall asleep that way, specially if the room I am sleeping in is cold.

lol My mom yells at me becuase i love to sleep under the covers. She comes to my room in the middle of the night pulling the cover off my face screaming "You need fresh air!!!

I like the covers just around my shoulders. If the covers are over my head then I sweat and I can't fall asleep... plus, there's always the possibility of a Dutch oven.

I am in my 50's and i have always slept with the covers over my head with the lights out.
