When I go out without my daughters, say I'm going shopping or I'm going out visiting or something I don;'t great I mean I feel guilty for leaving them like I'm a bad mom that I left them but yet I always say I would like to have some "me time" once and awhile but when I get it I feel bad.

You need your time alone. Happy moms make happy families. You'd probably be surprised to learn that your kids most likely enjoy the time away from you too. Its okay, its nothing to feel guilty about. (even though we moms often do).

Stop feeling guilty. As long as it's not every day you deserve it. Everyone needs some time to recharge their batteries. Then you can come back and be "superMom". It does you all good. They get a break from you too. It is healthy and good so don't feel guilty. You will eventually feel resentful that you don't get the time and then you might take it out on them, which would be much worse.

You do need you time so you don't pull your hair out! My hubby works nights so I do it by myself during the week. By Friday I need some alone time, even to just go grocery shopping without a 2 year old! LOL
You're not a bad mom; stop beating yourself up and enjoy

To be honest, not only do you need time without your children, they need time without you !!! Children will individuate more easily and have a better time at school and in life if they learn early that they can be independent from you and trust that you will return to them when you say that you will. You shouldn't feel bad at all---- feel good that you are a good mom who likes to be with her kids and misses them when gone, but good moms allow kids to be independent from them if only even for a short while. Good luck, you can do this !!

There is no reason for you to feel bad about taking 'Me Time". I am a stay at home mother with a 2 year old toddler. We need time to ourselves to "unwind" and relax and have some "adult time". Their will be times when you wish you should've taken that time away a little bit sooner. So please don't feel like a bad mom. This time just allows you to re-generate and recooperate. ENJOY IT!

You need to have some alone time. It's normal to have that pull of guilt, but you do need some time to yourself.
